The marketshare of Android has been growing steadily over past years and more people than ever are using multiple platforms for their phones and tables. So, if you’re one of these people how can you use your iCloud Mail on an Android phone or tables? Easy!

Open the Email app that comes with every Android phone , add a new account and fill in your iCloud login details. When asked about the account type, tap on IMAP. For this example I’m using a Galaxy Nexus running Android 4.1.2.

At the next screen, enter the following data:

IMAP server: mail.me.com Port: 993 Security type: SSL/TLS IMAP path prefix: leave empty

Tap next and use the following data: SMTP server: smtp.me.com Port: 587 Security type: SSL/TLS Require sign-in: Yes

Tap next and your all set. If you run into problems feel free to ask!
